Yoga for Hips, Shoulders and Core

Join us for a 15 hour workshop onYoga for Hips, Shoulders and Core, which may be used as 15 contact CEC hours for RYTs or may be used toward your RYT-300/500.
- Understand how the core, shoulders and hips integrate to the rest of the body
- Demonstrate yoga-based exercises that break through weakness and congestion in hips, shoulders and care
- Learn to care stability, mobility, flexibility and strength in the right combinations for these areas
- Explore the anatomy of the shouldersand use yoga-based practices to find freedom in the shoulders
- Reclaim the power of your core and use anatomy and biomechanical knowledge to inform your asanas and your students
- Break through to the natural strength and flexibility of your hips
Students will attend Saturday, 7/28/18 from 8AM-5PM AND Sunday, 7/29/18 from 8AM-4PM. Both days are required. (Recurring calendar events must have same time listed per the software limitation, but Sunday you will get out at 4PM instead of 5PM)
