One in six teens today experience anxiety. Teens have a lot to deal with today. They are stressed about everything from achieving high grades, sports, social (social media, dating, etc.) to home life. Just as adults find it difficult to handle today's pressures, teens also suffer the same feelings of anxiety and stress.
