Yoga for Weight Loss Workshop - Distance Study
Our Yoga for Weight Loss program teaches students how to lead a 6-week workshop on Yoga for Weight Loss. The 6-week workshop is designed to demonstrate how we may use yogic tools to combat overeating. This program contains minute-by-minute outlines and assumes you will teach a 75 minute class once a week for 6 weeks, but you can easily modify it to fit your schedule.

TIME TO COMPLETE: You have 12 months to complete this course. If you do not finish within 12 months, a fee will be assessed to re-instate your course.
