What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is a set of tools designed to enhance health and well-being. A yoga therapist works one-on-one with a client to help him or her achieve the highest quality of life by increasing health and fitness, reducing pain and suffering where possible and learning use yogic tools for acceptance where needed. The style of Yoga Therapy we teach is highly influenced by Thirumoolar’s Ashtanga (Eight Limbed) Therapeutic Yoga, (a program about which we can't say enough good things!) but it is also a blend of East meets West. We believe in taking the best of both worlds and creating the highest quality program possible to benefit you and your clients.
