Linda spent 30 years as an academics instructor, retired, and has now been working in the fitness industry for about 15 years.
In early 2007 she began teaching yoga. She practiced yoga as a child without knowing it was yoga, then officially tried yoga classes as an adult. Resistant at first to the philosophy part of yoga, she has found that her beliefs and life philosophy are much more in line with the 8 Limbs of Yoga than she expected. She enjoys practicing and teaching many different styles of yoga. Learning and teaching both bring great joy to her heart, and she loves sharing that joy with others.
