Dana has worked in the Spa and Fitness Industry since the early ninety’s. Working as a massage therapist and ACE Certified Personal Trainer lead to her interest in yoga. Her clients would complain of sore muscles while in the massage establishment so as a personal trainer she could direct them to help themselves with strengthening exercising. However, she soon learned that clients held on to much tension and needed another way to help let things go.
Dana’s first experience with yoga was not positive and she stayed away for over six years. Finally finding a teacher she understood she found a new love and way to help her clients. Dana wants her students to have a good experience in the yoga classroom and feel better after class than before coming to the mat.
