Jacob began his study of massage therapy in 2005. Despite having a highly successful career providing deep tissue massage, he left that behind to practice Thai Yoga Massage full time. In 2009, Jacob completed his Thai Practioner Program under Matthew Mandeville, a protégé of Pichest Boonthumme from Chiang Mai.

During his free time, Jacob loves to get into the backcountry. In addition to being a graduate from the Natural Health Institute, he received a Bachelors Degree from MTSU in Outdoor Recreation.
