You can begin our training courses anytime. Everything is remote and unless otherwise indicated the courses are self-paced.

We plan to let our RYS go Sept, 2022. We will finish with the students we have but will not accept new students for the RYT200 or RYT300. We will still offer trainings but not as an RYS.

How Each RYT-200 Course Works
- The curriculum will match Nashville’s, but minor changes may be made.
- For example, Fruitland Park, Florida training is geared toward Gentle Yoga
- Schedules, prices, payment options vary by school
- 180 contact hours and 20 hours of homework are required
