What is the setting for Thai Yoga Massage?

Clients (students or receivers) are typically dressed in comfortable clothing and lie on a cotton mat on the floor. It may be practiced on thick yoga mats, as long as it is thick enough for comfort.

A quiet environment that is warm enough to keep the client comfortable is needed. Music is optional.

Thai yoga may be offered in small group yoga classes as adjustments or assisting, but a full session is typically performed one-on-one.
