RYT300 Intensive Anatomy Part 1
Live Students: You should have access to 20 hours of video by Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthews. Please watch the videos and complete all lessons. All of the instructions and work to be completed is on Leslie’s portal, so please follow those instructions. You will also attend a class with us to review and expand this knowledge.
Remote Students: All remote students should review the videos below. (Remember, if it says ‘all students’ this means both physical and emotional tracks – see Work Load if you missed that discussion.)
