ACTIVITY: After watching a video, look in your Trail Guides reference materials to find the movements the given muscle performs. Then, think about what yoga poses or therapy exercises we do that strengthens (contracts) and stretches that muscle and perform it as you think about the muscle, trying to feel the action. If you need help, refer to your RYT200 books or other anatomy materials and find poses that contract and stretch these muscles. Ray Long books are especially great resources. Leslie Kaminoff’s book is also excellent. Do this activity for each Lesson Topic in this Lesson.
