Your RYT300 studies include a meditation by Tracee Stanely from Paul Grilley’s website. It is called Sankalpa Activation Nyasa. If the link is broken (they move things sometimes), do a search for it on pranamaya.com and you should find it. You will recieve your personal code for redemption via email. Do not share the code. It can only be redeemed once!

“Sankalpa is a resolve that is informed by your heart’s deepest desire. The word Nyasa means to place. Creating a vibration throughout your body and energetic field of your Sankalpa allows you to move powerfully forward towards achieving your goals.”

I ask you to practice this every day for 60 days. It is only 11 minutes. (Note: If this meditation does not resonate with you, select another one for your 60-day practice. It is FINE to choose different practices each day! You do not have to use the same practice each day. The point here is to practice 60 days straight. Even if we have a meditation we often use, sometimes it is helpful to try a new one. We don’t want to get stuck – even in our meditation practice.)

Before you practice the meditation, you may want to download her free 2-minute “Words about Sankalpa by Tracee Stanley” as an introduction to Sankalpa. We teach this in our Yoga Nidra, which we cover heavily in our 200-hour course and we also cover it in the Yin module.

Here is another meditation by Tracee Stanely that I love. It is a Meditation to Dissolve Fear, Doubt, and Procrastination.
