Once you’ve practiced the meditation provided to you (or another one of your choosing) for 60 days as instructed in the previous Lesson Topic, I want you to journal (or video yourself speaking) about the following: (Note: You will turn this in, so if you use a bound journal, use one that will lay flat on your scanner. You might prefer to journal on paper. It is ok to type your answers, too, but there is something special about hand writing in a journal for many of us.)

How did you feel about meditating each day for 60 days with the chosen meditation?

Were your experiences different each day?

Were all the emotions and thoughts positive or were there negative ones, too? If there were negative ones, how did you deal with that, and did it help you in the long run?

Do you feel you had any changes in yourself by doing the meditation consistently for 60 days? If so, what changes did you notice?
