Can I get a hard copy certificate?

No. We no longer offer hard copies of certificates. If you complete a certification program, you will receive a PDF. If you take a CEC course, there is no certification, but you will receive instructions on how to enter your CEC hours. If you require an emailed letter stating you completed the course, we are happy to provide that.
