Is the Teacher Certification better than the Teacher Training?

It depends on what you need. If you are an experienced yoga or water fitness professional and are simply looking for fresh ideas for CECs, the Teacher Training may be all you desire. If you want a more comprehensive study or would like a review of your practical teaching skills or you need a Certification credential, the Certification program may be your best option. One is not ‘better’ than the other; they fill different needs.
