Chakra 4 is known as Anahata and is located in the heart center. It is associated with the element of air, which goes anywhere without discrimination, and emphasizes love and intuition. #1 Random Acts of Kindness
Challenging yourself to do one big or small act of kindness for a stranger every day. This grows the heart and gives to others who may need it more than you realize.
#2 Take Care of Yourself
We should be giving to others from the overflow of our own wealth, not from our depth, so taking care of ourselves is a huge component to keeping this chakra balanced.
#3 Stand and Move Around
Excessive sitting is detrimental to our health. Keep your movement going as it helps our flow of circulation. Circulation issues are related to the fourth chakra.
#4 Laughing and Singing
These positive actions encourage inner and outer peace and harmony and are great for balancing Anahata. This allows you to connect with others around you and encourages Self-realization.
“Com” means “with,” so we are “with passion” in our dealings with others. We should have true empathy for others’ grief and pain without trying to take away their suffering or putting it upon ourselves. We must resolve our own suffering (dukkha) by working through the kleshas at each of our koshic layers.
